ABG Collections account managers are trained to recognize the difference between a good customer with cash flow problems and a customer with no intention of paying. ABG Collections will alert you as soon as we identify a past due as being uncollectible through our service, enabling you to make a timely decision that will maintain your chance of collecting your money.
ABG Collections works on a flat rate basis for invoices over $200 and on a low, % basis for small balances. Our clients find this less costly and more effective than having their own employees tackle collection problems and eventually turning to a collection agency. Please review our rate schedule or request a no obligation quote.
ABG Collections handles accounts throughout the USA and Canada.
A company will use ABG Collections when their needs are to reduce accounts receivable days outstanding (DSO), reduce bad debt losses, and/or to manage internal collection activity more efficiently and more effectively, rather than to collect bad debt.
We generally begin working the day after we receive your order. Once your account manager begins making calls, you can expect to see results within 7-10 days.
We provide daily reports that will tell you exactly what we're doing, who is going to pay, when they are going to pay and how much they are going to pay. We maintain a secure location on our website for each of our customers. Online reports are updated daily. For our customers that are not online, reports are provided weekly via e-mail or fax.
